YOU AND CIPHERO VENTURES EACH WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL IN ANY ACTION, PROCEEDING, OR CLAIM OF ANY NATURE ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THESE TERMS OR THE SITE. THIS WAIVER APPLIES TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW.
These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Ciphero Ventures regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements, oral or written, between you and Ciphero Ventures relating to the Site.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
No waiver by Ciphero Ventures of any term or condition set out in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition. Any failure by Ciphero Ventures to exercise or enforce any right or provision in these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or obligations hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these Terms without restriction.
