If you cannot reliably identify which AI system is making a request, you cannot enforce meaningful access controls or detect anomalous behavior.

The market for zero-trust architecture tooling is large and growing, with established players like Zscaler, Okta, and Palo Alto Networks providing significant components of the stack. But the AI-specific dimension of zero-trust creates opportunities for focused new entrants that the incumbent platforms are not well-positioned to address quickly.
